General queries
Who are the coaches?
Our head coaches are Elliot Morgan (Mr. Jellybean) and Louie French (Mr. Skittles), information about our coaches can be found on our website in their bios.
What sports qualifications do our coaches have?
Our coaches are required to have a minimum of level 2 sports coaching training. Coach Elliot Has A level 3 in multi-skills, a Level 2 in football (Fa badge) and Personal training qualifications. All information about the coach’s qualifications can be found in their bios on our website.
Are the coaches' first-aid trained?
All coaches are required to have a full first-aid certificate.
How do I know leaving my children with the coaches is safe?
On top of the years of experience, all coaches are required to have a “Certificado de Antecedentes Penales”, which is the equivalent of “A Criminal Records Bureau” (CRB) check in the UK.
What languages are used?
Whilst our coaches can speak both English and Spanish, the main language spoken during our sessions will be English.
What happens if my child does not want to partake in an activity?
We will not force a child to partake in anything they do not like to do, however, we will always try to get them involved, if they are not interested then we have an option of arts and crafts that can be done in a shaded area.
Another option that we have on offer if they do not want to do arts and crafts is to assist the coaches during sessions, this means helping with the setup of games, keeping score, etc.
What happens if my child does not like going to the toilet by themselves?
We have male and female coaches that can go to the toilet with your child, if it's a case where they don't feel comfortable with our coaches taking them we will send an older child with them.
Does my child need any specific sportswear or shoes?
We ask that they come in appropriate clothing for the heat, there will be a lot of running involved in our sessions so running trainers are what we recommend, we don't accept sandals or boots as footwear, AND WE DON’T Accept TROUSERS OR JEANS as sportswear.

Where is THE SUMMER CAMP?
Campo Municipal Port Pollença, Urb. Bellresguard, 07470 Pollença, Illes Balears. Located in Port Pollença near Calle Formentor. The name of the sports centre is the Campo de Futbol.
Will my child be in the sun all day?
No, we structure our day camps so that children are constantly engaged in different activities, moving between shaded and sunny areas and between activities we have water breaks. Children will be exposed to the sun for short periods of time but we ensure that the days are structured to keep your children engaged, out of risk whilst maintaining a safe environment.
How do we combat dehydration?
supply liquids high in electrolytes.
we have regular breaks in between activities.
We have shaded areas for break times and to cool off.
What is the child/coach ratio FOR THE SUMMER CAMP?
The head coach can take up to 20 kids unassisted, for standard coaches, there will be 20 children plus a coaching assistant.
What happens if I have paid for a session/camp and my child cannot attend?
If you cancel your booking 72 hours before the session, You will be refunded. however, we will take a 10% fee due to the limited number that are able to attend. In the event that you wish to cancel your booking within 72 hours of the session, you cannot be refunded.

What services do we offer during school term times?
during school term times, we offer after-school clubs, weekend camps, half-term camps, and private coaching. for more info visit our clubs and camps page or get in touch with us.
How do I book a club/camp?
To book any of our services, navigate to the desired service page. On this page, you will find a form which you can fill out and provide the necessary information. We will then get in touch with you with booking confirmation and payment details.
what payment methods are there?
For our school term services, you can either pay in cash upon arrival to your first booked session or, pay via bank transfer.
what equipment does my child need?
For all of our sessions, your child will need:
sports shoes/trainers
suitable clothing
water
a snack if you deem it necessary.
we provide all of the sporting equipment necessary for the session, if they would like to bring their own equipment then they can.
where are the sessions held?
Almost all of our sessions are held at the polideportivo de pollenca. Upon booking, you will find the location of the session, we will also send you a confirmation email with the location of the session.
what if I gave the wrong information when booking?
If you gave incorrect information upon booking or you like to amend the information given, please get in touch with us via our contact details with a reference to your booking (parent name & child name) and notify us of the change you would like to make.
how do I cancel my booking?
If you wish to cancel your booking, please get in touch with us via our contact details with a reference to your booking (parent name & child name) and we will notify you when your booking has been cancelled.
How do I cancel 1 session off of my booking?
If you wish to cancel 1 session from your booking, please get in touch with us via our contact details with a reference to your booking (parent name & child name) and, include the date you wish to cancel for. we will then notify you when your booking has been cancelled. If you have prepaid for this session, we will refund you via the payment method you paid with.
Cancellation policy
For after-school clubs: You can cancel the session up to 6 hours before the session and receive a refund
for half-term camps: you can cancel the session up to 24 hours before the session and receive a refund
weekend camp: you can cancel the session up to 24 hours before the session and receive a refund
