Registration: Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information, including emergency contact information.

Medical Authorization: Participants' parents or guardians should provide authorization for Activ8Sport to seek medical treatment for their child in case of an emergency.

liability: Activ8Sport or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

Cancellations: We charge a 20% deposit fee on any bookings made. This is non-refundable in the event of any cancellations on your behalf.

Code of conduct: Activ8Sport reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Medical: You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date. Should this change you must contact us to update the information we have on hand.

Reserving: Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

Changes to Program: Activ8Sport reserves the right to modify the program or activities, or cancel the summer camp, if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and a refund will be issued if required.

Refund policy: We don't issue refunds for sessions missed due to your own circumstances.

Unforeseen circumstances: If there are any sessions missed due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Activ8Sport will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
