ELLIOT MORGAN

(MR. JELLY BEAN)

CO-FOUNDER, HEAD COACH

I have spent half my life in spain and the other half in England, when i was younger i grew up in spain so after being in england for many years while i did secondary school and my qualifications i always knew that i would end up coming back to spain. I love the spanish culture and people, i feel a lot more at home here compared to the uk, this is why i want to follow my dreams of having a successful coaching company in the land that i enjoy most.

I have many years of experience within coaching, i first started as a junior assistant coach when i was 13 for a company called Superstar soccer school which allowed me to get the basics before even learning to be a fully qualified coach, i did that up until i finished school, once i finished school i went to college to start achieving my qualifications, whilst i was doing these qualifications i coached an under 8 sunday league football team and also was a lead coach for LittleKickers. I then took a break from coaching after i finished my qualifications to move to mallorca before covid, this was around an 18 month period before then having to move back to the uk due to covid, i then stayed in the uk for 3 years coaching full time for a company called full of beans, we coached from monday to friday in primary schools with all year groups, i also had 2 days of the week working with nurseries, on the weekends i did birthday parties, these would normally be 2 hours each day of entertainment rather than coaching. So all together i have around 10 years of experience coaching all sports from begginer level to proffesional level.

I love being a coach, i truly believe that i was put on this planet to work with kids to help progress skills, not just within sport but within day to day life, as a coach i never approach children like an adult, i love taking myself down to their level and acting like a kid, i want them to see me as a friend and i think thats why i can enjoy the job more compared to the average coach, i like to have fun, i like to be silly so in my opionion it just makes sense for me to be a coach working with children. From my past experience as a child and having coaches i always felt like there was something missing, each coach i had felt like they had favourites and myself and others were pushed to the side, so i take that strongly into my own coaching to make sure that not child feels like that or ever will, i want children to know that you can have fun doing sport and that sport also helps promote a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically.
